Soil has been the skin of this earth far longer than we've been around. For about four and a half billion years, there was no soil on Earth. Some 400 million years ago, in the Devonian period, soils began to develop. We depend on soil. We have the capacity to remediate, regenerative and create soil. So, when we, and the world needs it the most, can we generate the enabling conditions to both conserve and create soil?
Wild Soil is a journal that digs intentionally into meaningful stories of impactful action that directly prove our capacity to regenerate soil at speed. The stories will focus on understanding best practice, unearthing ancient wisdom and ambition, spotlighting strategic investments in the future, and importantly building personal and political will.
